Equilibrium — harmony of relaxation and nature
“Equilibrium” is not just a network of cozy houses in natural locations. It is a project born from an inner need – to find a space where you can stop, breathe, feel yourself. We create places where it is not how much time you have, but how deeply you have lived the day that matters.
The founders of the project were not looking for housing in the mountains or a house near the forest, but – a feeling. No hurry. No noise. No frills. This is how the first project appeared – Khytir Falchi in Mykulychyn, in the very heart of the Carpathians. We built several wooden cottages in the valley between two rivers – the Prut and the Pruts. This area seemed to suggest the format itself: natural materials, open space, maximum light and healing silence.
The next step was a new direction – closer to the city, but still in harmony with nature. So we chose Yasnogorodka, where houses have appeared among the pine forest for those who want to escape from Kyiv for a day, a weekend or just to be in silence. The first houses are preparing to open in the summer of 2025.
In parallel, another intimate location has appeared – Dacha Koncha Zaspa, a cottage near the Dnieper. This place is for the most intimate relaxation: water surface, greenery, simplicity and absolute silence.
We create spaces for internal reboot, not just for living.
Our goal is not the number of bookings, but the quality of the stay. We strive for you to return after a few days in our locations different: calmer, deeper, closer to yourself.
We want to give people an alternative to the hustle and bustle – not noisy resorts, but quiet harbors.
